Before getting started with jControl, Java has to be installed on your computer. You'll find Java here*. (jControl runs with Java Version 1.4.2.19 or higher, but I didn't test earlier versions, so maybe jControl also runs with older ones.
Furthermore you'll need a midi interface between your computer, keyboards and (optional) expanders.
Then you can download and run "jcontrol_1_0_0.jar":
* for technicians: I tried to native compile jControl with JNC v1.1.1, which worked for Windows and Linux,
but unfortunately, (under Windows) the .exe doesn't find connected midi-interfaces
- what obviously would be essential for jControl.
Until now, I could not find the reason for this (I guess a problem with gcc-libs),
so meanwhile I publish it as .jar-file.
